In the premiere of the beloved children's show reboot, Barney explains that a Government Shutdown is like when you want a cookie (border wall) from the bakery counter but mom (Congress) says no, so you lie on your (huge orange) belly and beat the floor tiles and refuse to leave the store until you get your cookie.
