May Johnson (Pictured 2013), Trump's Nanny ages 0-9.
Donald Trump's childhood nanny, May Johnson, has come out in recent days to tell the story of her firing when Mr. Trump was nine years old. Mrs. Johnson puts it simply: "I was the only one in his life who asked him to show kindness, recognize the humanity in others, be accountable and honest, and not to suffer delusions of grandeur. For that his father, Fred Trump, fired me. I never heard from anyone in the family again except one note from Donald five years later that read:
'Mrs. Johnson,
I've learned and grown a lot since you last saw me. You'd be so proud to see how great, how incredibly great I've become. I often think of how you love me more than any kid you have to look after now. When I go to sleep at night, I think fondly of how much you must miss me.
Donald J. Trump, Esq."
After leaving the Trump family's employ over sixty years ago, May Johnson became a certified counselor and social worker and has built the nation's 39th largest nonprofit organization, The Decency Block, established solely to treat and counsel those left in the wake of The Trump Organization's schemes, bankruptcies and exploitations. The Decency Block has assisted over 43 million such persons and counting, a number now estimated to comprise 10% of eligible victims.
